Get Organized to Get Fit - In today’s world, fitness is about more than getting the right exercise, nutrition and adequate sleep. For a busy professional, life and work itself can act as a barrier to success in fitness. It’s about doing everything you can to position yourself for success— anticipating those roadblocks that keep you at home instead of in the gym, or in the fast-food drive through instead of preparing quick and healthy meals.
